Introduction

+ probabilistic cellular networks produce dynamic behavior
+ behavior of network activity changes

if the network connection structure change
if the noise influencing the network components change
if it is influenced by another system

+ coupling the dynamic systems gives unpredictable dynamic for both
+ two systems, which excite or inhibit each other, begin to oscillate within right settings
+ the sub-regions of system oscillate with their activation levels
+ depending on the parameters, synchrony of subcomponents can be found
