Welcome Message

Welcome to the official Web site of IJCNN2009!

IJCNN is the premier international conference in the area of neural networks theory, analysis and applications. It is organized by the International Neural Networks Society (INNS) and sponsored jointly by INNS and the IEEE Computational Intelligence Society. This is an exemplary collaboration between the two leading societies on neural networks and it provides a solid foundation for the future extensive development of the field.

IJCNN 2009 will feature invited plenary talks by world-renowned speakers, a variety of special sessions and panel discussions aligned with the conference theme "The Century of Brain Computation – Neural Network Alliances with Cognitive Computing and Intelligent Machine Embodiments". We will have pre-conference tutorials, post-conference workshops, as well as regular technical sessions, poster sessions, and series of social functions.

Atlanta provides an excellent environment to the conference in Westin PeachTree Hotel - the second tallest hotel in the Western Hemishpere. The world famous CNN building is within walking distance, the Aquarium and a number of other touristic attractions will provide excellent relaxation opportunities beyond the conference professional events to attendees and their families.

We look forward to meeting you at our conference,
